Join us for our Picture Book Writers’ Club this March! We’ll be discussing and creating wordless picture books inspired by the Journey Trilogy by Aaron Becker and other author-illustrators this Spring.

ABOUT NEVERENDING STORIES’ PICTURE BOOK WRITERS’ CLUB

Our Picture Book Writers’ Clubs teach creative writing from a reader’s and a writer’s perspective. As we study the Journey trilogy, by Aaron Becker, we will take a close look at the techniques and decisions the writer made in crafting his story and we’ll attempt to emulate these things in our own short stories and writing exercises.

NOTE: The Journey Trilogy is a wordless picture book series so our Spring PBW Club will be a great fit for student illustrators OR students who are comfortable being creative as their writing prompts will be inspired by illustration techniques.

Middle schoolers and high schoolers (Grade 6+) are encouraged to join us for Picture Book Writers’ Club Saturdays at 2 PM.
